Domestic Shipping (Within Country)

  • Standard Shipping:

    $5 flat rate for orders under $50. Free shipping for orders above $50.
    Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping:
    Cost:
     $15 flat rate.
    Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
    Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check at checkout to see if we ship to your destination.

  • Standard International Shipping:
    Cost:
     Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
    Delivery Time: 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express International Shipping:
    Cost:
     Calculated at checkout.
    Delivery Time: 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
    Customs and Duties: Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. The recipient is responsible for these charges.

Warm Weather Shipping

To ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, we offer insulated packaging and cold packs for shipping to warm climates during the summer months or to hot regions. There is an additional charge of $10 for this service, which will automatically apply during checkout for eligible areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
