At Choc'd, we take pride in delivering your handmade chocolates with care and precision. Please read our shipping policies below to ensure smooth delivery.
Domestic Shipping (Within Country)

Standard Shipping:
We don't use standard shipping as the percentage of breakages is too high. -
Express Shipping:
Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days from dispatch.
Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check at checkout to see if we ship to your destination.

Delivery Time: 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Customs and Duties: Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
Warm Weather Shipping
We take great care in packaging our chocolates; however, due to the nature of our product, we cannot guarantee its condition when shipping to warm climates or hot regions. By choosing to ship during warm weather, you agree to do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for melted or damaged chocolates once they leave our premises.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Can I expedite my order?
If you would like your order asap, please pop it in your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate. Once it leaves our premises, timing will be out of our control.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
While we take every precaution to ensure your chocolates arrive safely. However, we are not liable for products if they are melted or broken once they leave our store. Unfortunately we are not responsible for Australia Post or couriers miss-handling our products. You are more than welcome to pick up your item/s from our store instead of opting for delivery.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do! However, we recommend using a physical address for larger orders to ensure smooth delivery.

What should I do if my package is delayed?
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number for further assistance. Once your order has left our premises, Australia Post will be responsible for resolving any delivery issues.
